With over two decades of experience as a real estate agent, Micah Pearson understands that the business isn’t always "smooth sailing," but his passion for real estate has only grown stronger through the challenges. He knows firsthand how difficult the industry can be, having navigated both the highs and the hardships.
As a successful solo agent, Micah consistently sold around 60 homes a year. In 2007, he launched his real estate team to manage the overflow of buyer leads from his listings. It was through this process that he discovered his true calling: coaching and mentoring other agents.
Coaching is where he truly excels today. He’s passionate about helping his team members build thriving real estate businesses, which has resulted in creating one of the largest teams in Utah. This year, 1 in 3 agents on his team earned the Top Producer award at the state’s second-largest brokerage.
Having learned the difference between building a real estate business and simply working in real estate, Micah uses his personal experiences—both failures and successes—to help agents avoid learning the hard way. His goal is to pass on this knowledge and experience to as many agents as possible.
