With over two decades of experience as a real estate agent, Micah Pearson understands that the business isn’t always "smooth sailing," but his passion for real estate has only grown stronger through the challenges. After years of success as a solo agent, consistently selling around 60 homes annually, he decided to start a real estate team in 2007. Originally, the team was formed to manage the overflow of buyer leads from his listings. Through this process, he discovered his true passion: coaching and mentoring other agents.
Today, coaching is where he thrives. He loves helping his team members build successful real estate businesses, which has led to growing one of the largest teams in Utah.
